  • The fee payable is still exactly the same, the way it is paid is all that changes:

    • We charge an upfront fee to conduct the search (like a deposit on a car or a house)

    • A fee charged upon candidate shortlist introduction or first interviews arranged 

    • A final fee upon candidate starting

  • The most relevant consultant will meet with you to discuss your requirements in more detail 

  • We will pro-actively headhunt passive candidates from competitors or companies of interest  

  • We will search our extensive database, search the job boards and access individual consultant’s networks 

  • You will have first access to all candidates we have 

  • We will use all the latest mapping techniques to ensure all candidates of interest are spoken too

  • You will have access to all in depth market intelligence and competitor analysis

  • We will advertise your vacancy across all major internet based job boards, branded with your company Logo

  • You will receive “asset” advertising across social media streams, branded with your company information

EXCLUSIVE SEARCH

  • This is where we agree to work with each other exclusively for a limited period of time (typically 4 – 6 weeks)

  • No other agencies will be engaged during this agreed period of time

  • We will search our extensive database, search the job boards and access individual consultant’s networks 

  • We will pro-actively headhunt from competitors or companies of interest

  • You will have first access to all exclusive candidates

  • We will advertise your vacancy across all major internet based job boards.

  • You will receive “asset” advertising across social media streams

  • You will have “priority” search time across all consultants

  • This typically offers a 60% success rate due to the in depth search and amount of consultants time working the role

cONTINGENT SEARCH

  • This is typically the fastest way to get shortlisting candidates to fill your vacancies, not necessarily the best person around for the job

  • We will search our extensive database, search the job boards and access individual consultant’s networks  

  • We will advertise your vacancy across all major internet based job boards

  • You have the freedom to use multiple agencies and receive multiple CV’s 

  • This typically offers a 20% success rate due to the nature of the “rat race” of all the various recruitment agencies trying to submit candidates that match your requirements, as quickly as possible. This type of search also uses the least amount of search time a constant with spend on your requirement
