Adam James Associates was founding in 2016 by Adam Synclair.
"Our goal will always be to deliver high-quality recruitment solutions to the Formwork, Shoring, Temporary Works and Scaffolding sectors.
Over the last 10 years, we have built a reputation for headhunting exceptional professionals, who are often not visible on the open market.
I am passionate about connecting businesses with the right people to fill the role, so have a strong focus on headhunting the best in the industry to make that happen.
With 15+ years in recruitment, I have specialised in supporting main contractors and subcontractors across most of the supplier markets - Formwork, Falsework, Shoring, Scaffolding, Drainage, Concrete, Geotextiles Plant Hire and more, on a global scale.
Although I truly love my job - I also enjoy spending time with my family, creating memories in the UK and abroad.”
