We're so confident in our capability to meticulously identify, qualify and present key hires to you, we will offer you a 6 months period, to replace them, free of charge if they don't work out.

Our Exclusive Approach...
This is our mid-level, ad hoc solution.
In return for a period to work on the role exclusively, we can offer you a more efficient and effective solution. In return we can provide you with a 3 month free replacement, should things not work out.

We work the role for 6 weeks exclusive of other agencies

By working alongside many other agencies, “racing” to fill the role, this typically only offers a 20% success rate.
